VACANCY NOTICE: Administrative Assistant to ECR–EGTC

We are excited to announce a vacancy for the position of Administrative Assistant at Euro Contrôle Route European Grouping of Territorial Cooperation (ECR EGTC)!

We seek a dynamic and experienced Administrative Assistant to support our team in ensuring the smooth coordination and administrative support of the organization.

Where: Rijswijk/ The Hague

Key Responsibilities:
👉 Coordinate day-to-day activities, including drafting and circulating documents for training, meetings, and communications.
👉 Provide comprehensive support to the Director, President, General Assembly, Monitoring Board, and working group chairpersons.
👉 Serve as the primary contact point for member states and external stakeholders.
👉 Monitor and maintain incoming data on coordinated controls, ensuring accurate data entry, analysis, and reporting.
👉 Update and maintain website and social media content.
👉 Assist in legal and compliance matters and manage office operations.

What We Offer:
💼 Employment contract with ECR EGTC, based in Rijswijk/The Hague, Netherlands.
💼 Initial two consecutive fixed-term contracts, followed by a full employment contract for an indefinite period.
💼 Competitive remuneration according to the Dutch Salary Scale for Civil Servants (Salarisschalen) A 9, plus an annual holiday allowance.
