ECR EGTC Welcomes DG MOVE Delegation to Joint Roadside Enforcement in Belgium
ECR EGTC welcomed a DG MOVE delegation to a joint roadside enforcement operation in Ruisbroek, Belgium, carried out by VLABEL and the Belgian Federal Police. The multidisciplinary inspections resulted in 20 infringements, six warnings and €34,105 in associated sanctions, highlighting the importance of cooperation between European institutions and national enforcement authorities.

ACE II 2026 Strengthens European Cooperation on Dangerous Goods Enforcement in the Czech Republic
The second ADR Cross-Border Enforcement activity of 2026 brought European inspectors together in PlzeÅ, Czech Republic. During two days of joint roadside checks organised by INSID, 56 dangerous goods transport units were inspected, with ADR infringements identified in 17 cases. The event strengthened technical expertise and cross-border cooperation in dangerous goods transport enforcement.

ECR EGTC in Action: Strengthening European Road Transport Enforcement Throughout 2026
ECR EGTC's 2026 programme brought European enforcement authorities together through joint roadside inspections, international inspector exchanges and specialised technical training. Activities in dangerous goods enforcement, tachograph compliance, vehicle weight controls and technical inspections strengthened practical cooperation and expertise across Europe.

ADR Expert Class 2026 Strengthens Cooperation on Dangerous Goods Transport Enforcement
The ADR Expert Class 2026 in Schlüchtern, Germany, brought together 18 enforcement specialists from ten European countries for advanced training on dangerous goods transport, lithium battery classification, roadside inspection requirements, alternative propulsion technologies and upcoming ADR 2027 changes.
